1. Agreement
By using vrporndog.com ("the Site") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and it must be legal for you to view adult material there. By using the Site you confirm this is true. The Site is labeled as adult content so that parental-control software can block it.
3. Independent reviews
Reviews, ratings and rankings on the Site are our own opinions, based on our own testing. We do not operate the sites, games, toys or other products we review, and we make no promises about their content, pricing, safety or legality. When you visit a third-party site you deal with it under its own terms and policies, at your own risk. Prices and offers we mention were correct when checked and may change.
4. Affiliate links
The Site contains affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not change what we write or how we score.
5. Images and trademarks
Screenshots and promotional images on the Site come from the studios, platforms and manufacturers whose products we review and are shown for review and promotion. Trademarks and product names belong to their owners.
6. 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement
VR Porn Dog is not a producer, primary or secondary, of any of the video content discussed on the Site. We only display promotional images supplied by the producers. Those producers hold the age and identity records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 and state that every performer was at least 18 years old at the time of production. Requests for those records should go to the original producer of the content.
7. Our content
Our text, layouts and original graphics are protected by copyright. Do not copy or republish them without written permission. Short quotations with a link back are fine.
8. Removal requests
If you own the copyright in an image or text on the Site, or you appear in an image and want it taken down, contact us through our contact page. Include the page URL, which material you mean, who you are and what your interest in it is, and a statement that your request is accurate and made in good faith. We remove valid requests promptly and do not require a formal legal notice.
9. No warranties and limited liability
The Site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, from reliance on anything published on it, or from anything you do on a third-party site we link to.
10. Changes
We may change these terms at any time by posting the new version here. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
